Anywhere in Morocco. Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech, Fes, Tangier, Agadir, and every city and town in between.
How long it takes
Typically 2–4 business days from order to your door. Larger cities are usually on the faster end.
Shipping cost
15 MAD flat delivery fee anywhere in Marrakech. 30 MAD flat delivery fee to the rest of Morocco. Free on any order of 250 MAD or more (about 2 bottles), nationwide.
Cash on delivery
Pay in cash when your order arrives. No card required, no bank transfer, no upfront payment.
How COD works
1. You place your order online and confirm your delivery address and phone number.
2. We pack and dispatch your order within one business day.
3. Our courier calls you before arrival to confirm delivery and your final delivery fee (15 MAD in Marrakech, 30 MAD elsewhere — free over 250 MAD).
4. You receive the package, check the contents, and pay the courier in cash.

Returns & issues
Damaged on arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement.
Wrong item. If we sent the wrong fragrance, we cover the return shipping and dispatch the correct one immediately.
Change of mind. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance bottles.
